Australian Gold and Copper is an exploration company with a focus on the exploration and development of its multi-asset gold portfolio situated in the world class Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales. AGC’s wholly owned Moorefield, Cargelligo and Gundagai projects cover approximately 1,000km2 and contain numerous drill ready gold targets identified by multiple datasets and each provide significant opportunity for a major gold discovery in NSW.

Mr Zhang is the Chairman of Geo Zen, the Company’s major shareholder and has a long history of investments in Asia in resources and other industries.
Adam McKinnon
Non-Executive Director
Dr McKinnon is a mining and geoscience professional with 16 years industry and academic experience and is currently the Managing Director of Magmatic Resources Limited. Before joining Magmatic he was General Manager – Exploration and Business Development at Aurelia Metals Limited, where he was involved in a number of significant discoveries including the high grade Federation deposit south of Nymagee, NSW. Dr McKinnon also led several highly successful exploration programs whilst with KBL Mining Limited, including the discovery of the Pearse gold-silver deposit near the Mineral Hill Mine. Dr McKinnon holds a PhD in mineralogy and geochemistry from Western Sydney University, is a Chartered Chemist with the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Glen Diemar
Managing Director
Early stage discoveries focused Geologist in NSW mineral systems. Previous roles including BHPBilliton, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and most recently was CEO of successful private explorer, New South Resources PL and responsible for identifying and developing the projects vended into AGC Ltd. He holds a Masters of Economic Geology and is a member of the AIG
Andrea Betti
CFO & Com. Sec.
Accounting, corporate governance and banking professional with over 20 years’ experience, acting as CFO, Company Sec and in senior exec roles in banking and finance. Ms. Betti is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Aust. and NZ and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Aust. Ms Betti s a B Commerce, Grad. Dip. Corporate Governance, Grad. Dip. Applied Finance and Investment and a Masters of Business Administration.

Mr Cox is a Chartered Secretary and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Cox has over 30 years’ experience in various roles including corporate governance, compliance, treasury and strategic policy advice.
