Australian Gold and Copper is an exploration company with a focus on the exploration and development of its multi-asset gold portfolio situated in the world class Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales. AGC’s wholly owned Moorefield, Cargelligo and Gundagai projects cover approximately 1,000km2 and contain numerous drill ready gold targets identified by multiple datasets and each provide significant opportunity for a major gold discovery in NSW.

Adam McKinnon - Non-Executive Director
Dr Adam McKinnon is a seasoned mining and geoscience professional with over 16 years of combined industry and academic experience. He currently serves as Managing Director of Advance Metals. Prior to joining Advance Metals, Adam held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at Magmatic Resources and General Manager – Exploration and Business Development at Aurelia Metals Limited, where he contributed to several significant discoveries, notably the high-grade Federation deposit south of Nymagee, NSW. Earlier in his career, Dr McKinnon led highly successful exploration programs at KBL Mining Limited, including the discovery of the Pearse gold-silver deposit near the Mineral Hill Mine. He holds a PhD in mineralogy and geochemistry from Western Sydney University, is a Chartered Chemist with the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Glen Diemar - Managing Director
Early stage discoveries focused Geologist in NSW mineral systems. Previous roles including BHPBilliton, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and most recently was CEO of successful private explorer, New South Resources PL and responsible for identifying and developing the projects vended into AGC Ltd. He holds a Masters of Economic Geology and is a member of the AIG.
Rowan Caren - CFO & Company Secretary
Mr. Caren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ). He is a highly experienced mining executive with a focus on finance, governance, strategic development, capital markets, and operational execution. With over three decades in the industry, he has played a key managerial and leadership role in significant resources projects across Australia and Southeast Asia. His appointment supports AGC’s growth strategy at the South Cobar Project in NSW.
Zhang Yong - Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Zhang is the Chairman of Geo Zen, the Company’s major shareholder and has a long history of investments in Asia in resources and other industries.
Pan (Joe) Yang - Non-Executive Director
Mr Yang is the CEO of GeoZen Resources and brings extensive experience in strategy, finance, M&A, construction, and operations. He has managed major factory projects in China and the UK, and holds a PhD in chemical engineering from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
